Energy made easy - mining and remote sites

One modular unit. Multiple tasks.

P4-CORE is 125 kW and 250 kWh of CATL LFP storage in one air-cooled cabinet. Solar, generator and grid ready, with UPS-grade backup. Run one, or scale to twelve. Power problems solved, one block at a time.

One unit, many roles

Three ways to deploy it.

The same cabinet is the whole system on a small site and a specific fix on a large one. Same hardware, different job.

The whole system

The grid-forming hub

On a small or remote site, P4-CORE is the energy system. It forms the grid, runs the loads, firms the solar and holds the reserve. One box, the whole job.

One job in a bigger build

Part of the larger hub

On a bigger site, it slots in as one targeted solution. The spinning reserve bank. The critical-load protector. The solar firming unit. It does one job well inside the larger build.

A standalone role

Replaces isolated power sources

Have a single function running on its own today, a UPS, a backup genset, a reserve set? P4-CORE takes the role, does it better, and stays ready to pick up the next one as the site changes.

What it solves

The common power problems.

The ones that turn up on most remote and off-grid operations.

On site today
P4-CORE
Diesel dependence: Diesel carries the site almost all the time, with the fuel cost, deliveries and price exposure that come with it.
Stores solar and generator energy and delivers it on demand. The gensets run less.
Power interruptions and unstable site power: Voltage dips, frequency movement and short interruptions turn a power event into a production event, and shorten equipment life.
Sits between generation and load as a buffer. Pumps, controls and comms stay steady, extending equipment life.
Generators doing the work batteries should do: Gensets stay online to cover spikes and reserve, burning fuel and hours at low load.
Absorbs the peaks and the swings. The sets run less, and properly loaded when they do.
Complex mixed grid planning: You might run solar now, plan to add more, or have grid in reach. Bringing each one in usually means another system and more rework.
Solar and grid feed straight into the same unit, alongside the gensets. Plug in the array you have, or the build you add later, with nothing to redo.
Peaks that oversize the whole system: Crushers, pumps, compressors and motor starts set the size of the entire power system.
Carries the short peaks, so generation, cable and switchgear are not built around the worst moment.
Expansion that is slow and expensive: Every new camp, pump, bore field or workshop triggers more generation and more infrastructure.
Add energy in blocks as the site grows. One cabinet solves a focused load, twelve become the platform.
Do you have other energy problems on site? Tell us about it below and we'll factor it in.
Do you need 0ms transfer switching?

We can also manage loads that need online double-conversion, with P4-CORE behind them carrying the energy and the reserve.

As local AI energy requirements rapidly expand, so will the need for zero transfer UPS capability.

SIZE IT IN 30 SECONDS

How many do you need?

Three numbers from your site and we'll show you what it takes to cover your critical loads now, and what it takes to future-proof the whole operation.

Don't have the exact numbers? Ballpark will do, or fill them in later.

Essential, covers critical now
0cabinet(s)
Protects your critical load and rides through outages. The minimum to solve the immediate problem.
Recommended, covers full peak
0cabinet(s)
Carries your full peak load with comfortable backup. The configuration most sites land on.
Future-ready, peak + growth + backup
0cabinet(s)
Headroom for expansion and longer backup. Size once, grow into it, never rip and replace.
